Ty Harris laid down the fastest run of The American in the semifinals long round and qualified to the shootout round with two runs. He was lucky he had one to spare too, after the talented roper missed his first calf in the shootout round and had to shift his focus to his second run. Harris showed mental game far beyond his age and went on to make the fastest run of the shootout round at 7.57.
The timed events become a marathon at RFD-TV's The American when contestants can have multiple qualifications that they have to try push through the slack rounds, buybacks, the semifinals long round and shootout, all before they get the opportunity to set foot in AT&T Stadium. JD Struxness called it "survival mode" and after making it through the shootout round with a time of 4.09, we'd say he's surviving just fine.
She's only fifteen years old, but she's about to run for a million dollars at RFD-TV's The American.
