Anderson Wins Steer Wrestling Title And Qualifies For The American

Bridger Anderson laid down an impressive set of steer wrestling runs at the inaugural Ote Berry Junior Steer Wrestling World Championship to total 13.2 seconds in three rounds of competition.
He had to make up a 0.3 gap between himself and the first-place competitor, and did so with a 4.0-second run that ultimately won him the world title by just 0.2 seconds.
FloRodeo caught up with this young cowboy about the honor of winning his world championship, which came with a saddle, huge payout, scholarships and more.
There was one prize completely slipped his mind: a semi-final berth for The American.
